Industrial Epoxy Flooring

We are seeking a skilled and preferably experienced Epoxy Flooring Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in epoxy/ polyaspartic flooring installation techniques, including surface preparation, mixing and application of coatings, and finishing processes. Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for epoxy flooring installation, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete as needed.
• Measure and mix products according to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply product coatings using various techniques, such as rolling, squeegee, spraying, and troweling, to achieve desired thickness and finish.
• Install decorative elements, such as flakes, metallic pigments, or quartz aggregates, to enhance the appearance of the floors.
• Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Complete finishing touches, such as edge work and sealing, to achieve a seamless and durable flooring surface.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and respect while on-site and representing the company's brand.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in epoxy flooring installation or related field is great.
• Strong knowledge of concrete surface preparation techniques and epoxy coating application methods is a plus.
• Ability to interpret project plans and specifications, and work independently to achieve project goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
