Our first product combines a virtual credit card with dynamic spending limits and software tooling to help merchants grow and optimize their profitability. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

You'll be involved in projects of varying scope and complexity:

  1. Network with some of the top influencers and investors in the D2C space
  2. Work with the exec team to set and build on Parker’s customer success strategy
  3. Introduce new products and features to Parker customers
  4. Expand the existing share of spend
  5. Monitor and follow up on account questions, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  6. Work closely with internal teams and oversee the relationship with the client
  7. Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  8. Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  1. Passion or curiosity to learn about financial technology
  2. Ability to work with the executive team to understand the high-level strategy of the business and how it informs projects
  3. Organized & Data-driven
  4. People driven and relationship focused
  5. Ability to work collaboratively

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE:

  1. Experience working with ecommerce brands or fintech is a plus
  2. Experience working in growth roles
  3. 2+ years of experience in sales or customer success role
