What is the company looking for?

• 12+ years of experience working on Building Engineering Systems in a Healthcare (preferably Hospital) environment.
• Create maintenance plans for all Building Engineering Systems including boilers, chillers, electrical, and plumbing.
• Responsible for leading 80+ other facilities team members.
• Collaborate with other department heads such as Construction Management and EVS to help create the safest and most successful environment possible.
