Personal Injury Attorney

Our client, a personal injury firm with a strong reputation in the New York and New Jersey areas, is seeking a dedicated General Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various personal injury cases, including but not limited to mesothelioma, auto accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries
• Conduct comprehensive case investigations and gather pertinent evidence
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Prepare and file legal documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings when necessary
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure optimal case management
• Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in personal injury law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active NJ bar license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Proven track record in negotiation and litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
