Role: SAP Commission Lead
Job Level: Manager
Location: Onsite / Charlotte, NC
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
Role Summary:
The candidate should analyze functional/nonfunctional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements; define timeline estimates based on the requirements complexity and in-house capability; follow coding standards and best practices to check code quality; share Callidus developed code with supervisor for review; rework on the code based on inputs if required; migrate the code across the environments; perform complex integration on SAP Commission and DI (SAP HANA); coordinate with team during the testing phase; create and update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository; provide guidance to team members to maintain all documentation related to project; conduct KT sessions. The candidate should also be flexible in terms of adjusting the working hours to be in sync with the onshore counterpart working in US hours and be ready to work with SAP support directly for any unresolved issues/product bugs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Overlook Data Integration.
- Create procedures and packages to validate the data and for reporting.
- Strong knowledge on Compensation Plan/Rule configuration, Commission, Reports, Data integration.
