Typical schedule: 8:00 am-4:30 pm or 12:00-8:30 pm with varying days off
No early mornings or late nights; no holiday evenings
Kitchen closes by 8:00 pm most nights

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
  • Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food
  • Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
  • Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
  • Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
  • Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry
