Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our client's client relations team on a temporary basis (up to 6 months). This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the continental US, working during Eastern Time Zone hours. You would be delivering comprehensive client service and support for a global custodian firm. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, providing guidance, executing instructions, and ensuring clients receive personalized service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

Location: 100% Remote - Work from Home - Anywhere in the Continental US - Eastern Time Zone Hours

Shifts: 8 AM EST - 5 PM EST / 10 AM EST - 7 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process shareholder requests, including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues or discrepancies regarding account transactions, shareholder records, and transfer agency procedures.
  • Educate clients on transfer agency processes, policies, and regulations to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance understanding.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding transfer agency services, including account transfers and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional inbound client service as part of our Fund Services operations.
  • Clearly and professionally communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analyze data to identify solutions for client inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve client concerns or propose alternative solutions to alleviate friction points.
  • Maintain excellent client service standards through NPS and other metrics, ensuring a top-tier experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments related to investment banking operations.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the global financial services sector with exposure to treasury management.
  • Background in brokerage operations, accounting, finance, economics, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the capability to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
