Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Prospecting for New Business:
    • Be the trailblazer in identifying and engaging potential customers within your assigned territory.
    • Develop and implement strategic prospecting initiatives to expand our customer base.
  3. Engineered Solutions Expert:
    • Showcase your technical expertise by offering innovative and engineered solutions for new equipment and services.
    • Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
  5. Sales Strategy Implementation:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
