Director for CUSO - ESG/Climate

A prominent international bank is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a Director for CUSO - ESG/Climate. This role supports Group Risk Management – U.S. Enterprise Risk, overseeing risk management for U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reports for CUSO Escalations, Risk Acceptance, Issue Management, ESG & Climate.
• Collaborate with business lines to refine data elements and provide risk insights.
• Develop and present periodic reports for senior management and the board.
• Maintain records for escalations and analyze risk trends.
• Assist with audits and stakeholder requests.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Controls, or Audit in financial services.
• Knowledge of key risk areas like Enterprise, Market, Counterparty, Credit, Liquidity, and Operational Risk.
• Experience in strategic planning or risk oversight.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex projects.
