**Job Description:**
- Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients, residents, and clients with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments.
- Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions to align with competency levels and individual goals.
- Exchange information with and provide documentation to the occupational therapist regarding the patient’s, resident’s, or client’s responses and communication during intervention.
- Maintain knowledge of targeted occupational therapy outcomes and provide related information and documentation.
- Adhere to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations.
- Focus work may vary based on location, including post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments.
- Conform to the supervision and licensing standards where services are provided.
- Perform other related duties as requested or needed.
