JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main job responsibilities within our commercial activities:

1. Maintain the Quality Management System at Commercial Affiliate level.
2. Maintain the ISO13485.
3. Plan and conduct internal audits to verify the effectiveness of the management system.
4. Prepare/coordinate external audits.
5. Support/provide training to the Commercial organization.
6. Ensure Quality System record keeping, document control, Warehousing, Quality Holds, Supplier/Distributor evaluation/monitoring, CAPA management follow up and ensure timely closure.
7. Coordinate Field Communications at the Region.
8. Ensure availability of org charts and job descriptions.
9. Assess risk related to processes.
10. Timely escalate regional concerns to Area Management Review.
11. Support Global Commercial Affiliates Quality improvement projects.
12. Coordinate communication between commercial organization and Regulatory to support responses in contracts and public tenders.
13. Be the expert on a Quality System process and support the rest of the team.
14. Review Abbott policies & procedures, and update Quality documentation accordingly.
15. Participate in Quality System improvements and implementation projects.
16. Actively seek internal/external customer feedback and respond to issues.
17. Ensure revision and approval of locally/translated Promotional material.
18. Act as an expert for sales and customer support for accreditation topics, presentations, and process implementation in sites where customer certification/accreditation is requested.

Background:

1. University degree in science, engineering, pharmaceutical, etc.
2. Fluent in French and good command of English.
3. Quality Assurance in a Commercial Affiliate environment needed.
4. Experience as a quality specialist or manager.
5. Management skills and leadership competencies.
