Description
Superintendent Life Science Project - Andover, MA will be responsible for:
- Oversee $30M life science project in Andover MA, ensuring all aspects of construction are delivered to the highest standards.
- Oversee field operations, managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing life science, healthcare, or higher education projects.
- Strong ability to independently run projects in the field.
- Familiarity with managing complex projects up to $30M in value.
- Experience with Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
- Background working on high-quality healthcare or life science facilities is highly preferred.
