A highly-ranked community hospital in Northwestern Colorado is seeking an experienced Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join its award-winning health care team.

The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist will join an organization renowned for its 24/7 commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and patient safety. The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist will have responsibilities within the pharmacy, such as providing pharmaceutical care for on-site patients, delivering high-quality patient care adhering to hospital standards, overseeing pharmacy staff members, assisting in training when necessary, and ensuring fiscal responsibility to meet capital needs and stakeholder expectations. The Hospital Pharmacist will report to the Pharmacy Manager, be supported by a small, tight knit team, and will work with an interdisciplinary team. This individual will also play a vital role in ensuring safe medication use through tasks such as dispensing medications, providing clinical pharmacy services, educating patients, and collaborating with health care teams to optimize patient care.
