Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance or consulting
