**Job Summary:**
As a Porter at KIA South Atlanta, you will play a critical role in the overall customer experience by ensuring our dealership's vehicles are clean, organized, and accessible for our customers and staff. You will assist in various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the dealership, including vehicle presentation, maintenance of the lot, and support during vehicle deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and showroom.
- Move and park vehicles as directed by management or sales staff.
- Perform routine washing and detailing of vehicles to ensure top-notch presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including arranging and organizing vehicles for optimal display.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, including prepping vehicles for test drives and deliveries.
- Escort customers to service appointments and assist with their needs as required.
- Report any vehicle damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies to ensure a safe working environment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
