As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented and driven HR Assistant to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare to our community.Position Overview:The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week at our office in New York City.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries- Coordinate employee training and development programs- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers- Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR documents- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Detail-oriented and able to work independently- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
