Position Overview

The Data Entry Tech will be responsible for capturing/scanning unique data information with scanner and manual input from devices received (desktops, laptops, monitors, miscellaneous electronics, etc.) and inputting the data into our ERP system. This position requires you move with care, speed and accuracy.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years' work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility, have experience with RF scanner, be able to pass a full background check, be able to lift at least a minimum of 50lbs and must be punctual.

This role will report to the Director of Operations.

This position is based in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering data in our ERP system.
  • Light disassembling of electronic equipment to remove data bearing devices.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Sorting like devices and commodities.
  • Systematically capture attributes of electronic assets.
  • Triage product for the next production process.
  • Manual palletizing of equipment.
  • Unpack and assess incoming assets for possible resale or recycling and move assets through our production process with both care and speed.
  • Proficient use of a computer and keyboard for data entry.
  • Organize the warehouse space, including sweeping and recycling/trash removal.
  • Will require use of computers, emails, scanners, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Assist other warehouse staff as needed.

Education amp; Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility
