Job Overview
Are you a master at transportation scheduling? Bring your skills to Marvin and drive efficiency for our enterprise logistics team as a Scheduling Analyst. This role will analyze and report on historical data, driving improvements to our shipping processes. The Scheduling Analyst will also mentor a team of individual schedulers.
Highlights of your roleScheduling:Support internal project teams as a subject matter expert in scheduling practices across the enterprise, lead weekly third-party carrier route planning, train individual schedulers, review routes to reduce freight costs, and match production & delivery scheduling plans to achieve on time delivery and ship complete.
Reporting and Analysis:Report empty miles and fill rate metrics each month, conduct reviews of historical data to drive positive improvements to the routing process, and partner with outside vendors to collaborate on delivery designs using historical data for analysis.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with transportation/scheduling preferred

Strong analytical, computer, creative problem solving, and oral and written communication skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
