JOB SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Integrator will serve as the primary point of contact within Supply Chain for their respective program, at an IPT Lead level, and will be responsible for managing the technical and programmatic aspects of the project, including cost, schedule, and quality.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES - Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.)

  • Manages COTD for the assigned program deliverables, includes new contracts and production.
  • Partners with other IPT leads, program managers, and customers to establish technical requirements, develop project plans, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitates and monitors cost reduction activities directly related to the program and suppliers
  • Supports product cost, performance, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drives conversations, expectations, and activities to meet all program milestones
  • Establishes and executes feasible material schedules that are in alignment with engineering and production availability requirements, in accordance with program milestones.
  • Meets Bill of Material (BOM) cost objectives, coordinates schedules, and supplier product development.
  • Assesses and evaluates all Engineering Change Notice (ECN) changes that impact program schedules.
  • Cascades Master Scheduler forecasting actions to support first builds and ECN changes into production.
  • Works on daily and future shortages with purchasing and production to meet weekly ship-set delivery commitments. In addition, provide daily support to Program Managers.
  • Oversees “Line of Balance” analysis to support program long lead buys (Customer Sponsored Orders).
  • Oversees schedule revisions according to the qualification plan, established priorities, and availability of parts & material.
  • Collaborates with all functions to ensure buy-in and adherence to the production schedule.
  • Updates the organization on material flow impact of schedule changes.
  • Drives transaction discipline that ensures materials are available to support the build schedule.
  • Ensures compliance with industry company standards and procedures, including safety, quality, and security.
  • Leads supply chain schedules and key supply chain actions with suppliers and operations team.
  • Produces and provides Supply Chain “Risk” analysis to program team and leading cross-functional team to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Ensures purchasing execution is in alignment with program requirements, with the primary responsibility of ensuring purchasing program support, supplier on-time delivery (SOTD), and cost management.
  • Interfaces with purchasing agents and subcontract suppliers on delivery schedule, cost, and contract inquiries
  • Supports Supplier Development in capacity and capability assessment of key program suppliers.
  • Assesses and evaluation of engineering changes to account for supply chain liability and communication of changes to the Purchasing team.
  • Support emergency purchasing and on-site needs as required.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred. A combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

  • 3 - 5+ years of direct related experience.

Skills:

  • Effective communications skills, both verbally and written.
  • Intermediate/proficient knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal business communications abilities. Must be comfortable delivering information to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees from all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive improvement, meet timeliness and objectives.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Previous program or project management experience
  • Previous Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of program launch processes.
  • Can prioritize Strategic vs. Tactical tasks and align to customer impact.

Other:

  • May be asked to work extended or irregular hours as required.
  • Must show proof of ability to work in the United States.

Salary Range Transparency: $94,960 - $130,570 annually, depending on candidate qualifications
