The Food Hall Company's first property, Legacy Hall, opened in late 2017 in Plano, Texas, its second property, Assembly Hall, opened in May 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee, and we are actively working towards opening our third in NYC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Brand & Communications Management:
  • Drive the overall brand positioning of Legacy Food Hall, UABC & Lexus Box Garden ensuring that the experience of the consumer matches the mission of our properties
  • In conjunction with the GM, ensure branding, wayfinding and all consumer facing messaging delivers objectives of increasing revenue & ensuring consumer experience is top notch
  • Implement strategies to position Legacy Food Hall as the innovative & consistent gathering place for the DFW community
  • Work with hotels, convention centers, residential areas to drive foot traffic
  • Build relationships with local media and ensure all activations & concerts are properly listed & covered
  • Beverage and /Event Entertainment Marketing Strategy & Execution :
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with a strong emphasis on promoting our beverage offerings within the hall and entertainment events.
    • Working with the GM & Food Hall Co corporate team, re-set the UABC Brand, experience and drive the UABC pouring experience within Legacy Hall & Lexus Box Garden
    • Collaborate with the beverage team to curate compelling and innovative beverage programs that align with market trends and customer preferences.
    • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility of our beverage options and entertainment events.
    • With the GM & Director of Marketing align on the marketing calendar, prioritizing Tier 1 Celebrations & Lexus Box Garden ticketed events
    • With the Director of Marketing, lead the marketing efforts for special events, product launches, and entertainment performances.
    • Based on key relationships in the market, drives increased demand for private event bookings
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the beverage and entertainment teams to align marketing strategies with product and service offerings.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives within our venues.
    • Provide marketing insights to guide product development and enhance customer experiences.
  • Social Media:
    • Oversee the social media strategy & execution for Legacy Hall, UABC, & Lexus Box Garden, ensuring strong engagement and growing followers.
    • Running 3 accounts on multiple platforms
    • Oversee a content creator to deliver consistently platform right content for channels
  • Budget Management
    • With the GM & Director of Marketing, closely follow & manage the aligned upon marketing budget
  • Team Management:
    • Responsible for team growth and learning opportunities.
    • Weekly 1:1s, Monthly support and team leadership meetings
    • Oversee marketing team workload, resources and deadlines.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • With the Director of Marketing, utilize data-driven insights to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and make strategic adjustments.
    • Provide regular reports to the GM & Director of Marketing outlines campaign effectiveness
    General Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • Proven experience (minimum 3 - 6 years) as a successful Marketing and/or Comms professional
    • In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, entertainment marketing, and consumer behavior.
    • Love Of DFW. Loves the city, curious to know it even more.
    • Experience leading projects from start to finish with a track record of accomplishment
    • Can-do attitude, solutions oriented and ready to jump right in
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, experience with project management tools, and the willingness to learn new tech
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through marketing initiatives.
