Advanced Practice Clinician opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a NP/PA- Neurosurgery position. This Clinician will provide high quality outpatient care, inpatient care, and assist in surgeries in our neurosurgery clinic. They will be responsible for initial consultations as well as follow up care for spine patients. They will prescribe appropriate medication, coordinate medical referrals, and aid in pre-operative work up and clearance. They will assist the neurosurgeon with surgical cases. They will follow patients while they are hospitalized after surgery and take call for those patients.

Position highlights:

  • 4 day work week
  • Provider will work 46 weeks per year
  • Join a collaborative team where on-call duties are shared and rotated

Qualifications, Education, Training and Experience

  • Advanced Practice Clinician (PA or NP), degree with current Montana License
  • Experience with neurosurgery or surgery preferred.
  • Experience with quality improvement methodology preferred
