We are hiring an experienced and strategic Technical Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives. In this role, you will set the product direction and strategy, oversee comprehensive roadmaps for product portfolios, and drive strategic innovation. The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic product vision, influencing organizational direction, and delivering products that define the future of renewable energy.
What You'll Do:
- Provide project leadership and direction in guiding various internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution within the Agile development framework.
- Lead sprint planning and direct the implementation of critical and complex projects which typically involves and impacts multiple business unit stakeholders.
- Guide the development of new or enhance existing analytical models using programming or scripting languages or perform quantitative studies to support many aspects of the business.
- Administer current forecast solutions including model training, new site setup and customer service.
- Plan and execute on a multi-generational product plan.
- Lead new product development initiatives, oversee process improvement projects and contribute to technical analytical systems.
- Create excellent technical documentation - slide decks, testing plans and reports, procedures, assembly, vendor specifications, and statements of work, etc.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing efforts to help build our amazing team.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience building 0-1 products from the ground up within the renewable energy industry, aerospace, or other hard-tech industries.
- Excellent communication skills.
