We are hiring an experienced and strategic Technical Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives. In this role, you will set the product direction and strategy, oversee comprehensive roadmaps for product portfolios, and drive strategic innovation. The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic product vision, influencing organizational direction, and delivering products that define the future of renewable energy.

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide project leadership and direction in guiding various internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution within the Agile development framework.
  2. Lead sprint planning and direct the implementation of critical and complex projects which typically involves and impacts multiple business unit stakeholders.
  3. Guide the development of new or enhance existing analytical models using programming or scripting languages or perform quantitative studies to support many aspects of the business.
  4. Administer current forecast solutions including model training, new site setup and customer service.
  5. Plan and execute on a multi-generational product plan.
  6. Lead new product development initiatives, oversee process improvement projects and contribute to technical analytical systems.
  7. Create excellent technical documentation - slide decks, testing plans and reports, procedures, assembly, vendor specifications, and statements of work, etc.
  8. Assist in recruiting and interviewing efforts to help build our amazing team.

What You Have:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  2. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  3. Experience building 0-1 products from the ground up within the renewable energy industry, aerospace, or other hard-tech industries.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
