We are looking for two dynamic leaders to position in our Criminal and Business Departments.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Criminal and Business Attorney in our Troy office. The Criminal Attorney will handle a diverse range of criminal cases, including drug, alcohol, and firearm-related matters and white-collar crimes. The Business Attorney will also provide legal services in business law, business transactions, corporate law, and Cannabis. We are trial attorneys, so experience is a must.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trial experience and expertise in courtroom advocacy
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state Bar license
- Minimim 5 years experience as an Attorney
