Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track internal and external recruiting activities on web-based HR platform
- Liaise with recruiting agencies
- Conduct phone interviews and onsite/video interviews for entry level roles
- Draft offer letters and confidentiality agreements
- Process background and credit checks
- Process, organize, track, and maintain confidential files, records and data
- Prepare, organize, and conduct new hire orientations as well as maintain the I-9 process
- Answer simple benefits questions and provide benefit enrollment support
- Assist with maintenance of the human resource database including entering new hire information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2+ Years of Human Resources experience in a recruiting capacity a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to confidently interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and potential candidates
- Previous Workday experience is a plus
