Our work depends on this role to maintain HRSA's Hosting, Network, Security, Server, Identity and Access Management, and Tier II Operations in support of the HRSA mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• 24x7x365 infrastructure operations support serving in on-call rotation.
• Hybrid Environment (Azure and on-prem) / Experience in Azure required.
• Working within team for successful completion of all tasks within the Statement of Work for assigned area of responsibility, including Network, Security, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Identity and Access Management, and Server Operations.
• Review monitoring tools to identify trends and proactively identify potential customer impacting events.
• Recommend changes to processes or procedures to improve efficiency or reduce costs in future projects.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software with IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 6+ years of experience working in a Hybrid (Azure/On-Prem) Application hosting environment technologies such as Compute Systems Engineering (Windows and Linux), Administration, Patch Management, Vulnerability Remediation, Security Compliance, Performance Monitoring/Tuning, Physical/VMware/Azure VM, Windows or Linux, Red Hat Linux.
• 4+ years of experience with storage (HPE Synergy Blade Server Technology/HPE OneView).
• Demonstrated ability to support a 24x7x365 environment and work in on-call rotation with ability to respond to Rockville or Sterling Data Center.

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
