We're looking for a Product Developer to support our women’s woven tops/dresses department. This is an in-person role based out of San Francisco, California. You will report into the Director 2, Product Development.
About the Job
Manage all product development, costing and sourcing activities, from proto samples to final manufacturing ready package following supply chain strategies, cost, quality, and TOE requirements.
Manage execution of all Go-to-market Calendar development activities and drive accountabilities across all phases of development to ensure dates are met.
Manage execution of Protos/Samples/Pre-Production activities and monitor timely receipt to meet all deadlines.
Support execution of sourcing strategies.
Lead seasonal costing activities; gather all prices and align to FOB target.
Foster relationships with merchandising, design, supply planning and several other departments.
Help resolve quality issues.
Develop a team to top performance and growth.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in apparel industry or combination of college education and related work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of apparel production and/or product development experience (wovens, sweaters, knits) in tops or bottoms product categories.
Knowledge of garment construction, textiles and sundries.
Expertise with PLM, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ability to learn new computer programs.
Foster internal and external relationships and have flexibility within fast-paced environment.
Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, and teamwork demeanor at LS&Co.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300- $120,000 per year.
