Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit.
  • Building new procedures and completing complex non-routine analytics.
  • Creating reports and reviewing exception testing and processing.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.
  • Leading implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
  • Managing the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
  • Consulting on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
  • Advancing business products knowledge within the operations environment.
  • Fostering relationships with partners and teammates.
  • Inspecting data to identify issues and trends.
  • Presenting reporting on key performance and implementation status.

Required Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Excel – Moderate to expert.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly recognize ensuing problems and escalate.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Lockbox experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Previous experience within or collaborating with a client service team.
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
