NYSERDAAn assistant marketing manager will be responsible for the following: 1. Work with the marketing team to develop programs and events to educate the general public about the heat pumps and for their advantages in terms of performance, energy efficiency features and environmental effects and related government/utilities programs. 2. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, EDDM, and email campaigns, improving customer engagement. 3. Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer engagement. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and training sessions, enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, enabling targeted marketing efforts.
