The starting salary is $28.50 per hour with excellent benefits.
The hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Requirements for consideration:
4-year college degree or relevant experience
Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum of two years of Section 8 and Section 42 compliance experience
Ability to pass a background check.

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team of dynamic, innovative professionals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately prepare documents as required by limited partners, auditors, and governmental/monitoring agencies.
- Ensure occupancy-related forms are updated as necessary.
- Check that all initial certifications and recertifications are accurately completed.
- Provide ongoing training for staff in areas of compliance.
- Assist residents in completing annual/interim certification forms.
- Assist Site Managers with EIV issues.
- Administrative tasks, such as answering phones, processing mail, and filing.
- Completing additional special projects.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to effectively work with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be adaptable & comfortable in a high-energy environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent detention to detail.
- At least two years of experience using Yardi or a similar property manager software
