Job Title: Data EntryJob DescriptionOrganize application to put documents in required orderScan application and save to the queue folderFile paper application accordinglyUsing a dual monitor, enter scanned application information into two different databasesComplete internal documents confirming application entry and saving to client's electronic fileContact clients regarding missing or unclear information on the application via phoneMail final notifications to clientsCollaborate with the client's departments, programs, and services to ensure maximum benefits to familiesAttend staff meetings and provide insight and feedbackWork EnvironmentOffice environment Monday - Friday 8am -5pm with limited overtime. You will be allowed an hour lunch (unpaid).
