Director Acute Care ICU Telemetry

Our client is a 200+ bed, financially stable community hospital that is writing a brand new chapter for itself in a brand new facility currently under construction.
They also have affiliations with Northwestern Medicine, University of Chicago Hospitals and University of Illinois Chicago in order to deliver their patients world-class care and medicine.
They are searching for a leader for their 55+ bed Intensive Care and Telemetry units.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICU/Tele units: meets deadlines for scheduling, staffing, oversight of clinical functions, and maintenance of regulatory readiness to assure the delivery of quality patient care.
This job is for you if:
- You possess proven work experience as a Nurse Manager in ICU or ER.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
- Team management skills.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- BSN required; Master's degree and training in healthcare administration are a plus.
- Current IL Registered Nurse license or eligible.
