Human Resources Trainer

Place of performance: Training sessions shall be delivered virtually.

Hours/schedule: Five (5) virtual training sessions for each task between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or training and development and at least 4 years of relevant experience in this position.

Duties:

The instructor will provide training on a variety of HR topics including:

• Federal Staffing and Placement
• Pay Setting – General Schedule
• Qualifications Analysis
• Processing Federal Personnel Actions
• Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference
• CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits
• Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers
