Staff Product Data Scientist

YOU WILL:

• Proactively contribute to, implement, track and analyze product KPIs, recognizing and reacting to changes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build reports, find insights, and recommend actionable improvements for improving KPIs.
• Design and execute experiments. Conduct performance analyses, provide recommendations, and monitor success of solutions.
• Work extensively with large amounts of customer and transactional data for analytics and validation.
• Create ML models to predict customer behavior.

• Ability to clearly analyze and explain user journeys, or funnels, conversion rates, and KPIs. Ability to speak in terms of insights and actions by interpreting the data—not simply showing the data. A fantastic storyteller who is at ease presenting to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of financial health metrics, industry fundamentals, and trends.
• Proven expertise in SQL, data wrangling, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Experience with data modeling and automation.
• Proven experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Experience with AB/Multivariate testing and attribution modeling.
