Design Consultant | Taylor Custom Rings
Design Consultants at Taylor Custom Rings assist customers with styling, purchasing, and creating custom designs. They are responsible for seeing sales through from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Create friendly, inclusive, informative customer experiences that produce customer loyalty and sales.
Assisting customers in the showroom and checking them out at the register
Teaching clients about diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry
Holding virtual and in-person consultations with clients
Following up and communicating with clients through email, text, phone, and in person
Cleaning and inspecting jewelry
Facilitating the custom process and helping design custom jewelry
Performing store duties (setting up and putting jewelry away, cleaning up, securing store, etc.)
Achieving store and personal goals
Attending meetings, trainings, and check-ins
Answering questions and resolving customer concerns
Following up with customers and tracking progress
Managing custom projects and attending to details independently
The ideal candidate will possess:

Additional requirements and information:
Must be able to work in person at store location in Carlsbad, CA
Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays and some holidays
Jewelry industry experience a plus
Pay range for this position is $20 to $23 per hour base pay plus quarterly profit sharing based on store performance
