Reference #: 5001067568600 UTZ Quality Food is seeking an Part Time Accounts Receivable Settlement Specialist to join our team in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the SR Manager, Accounts Receivable, this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of settlement payments and reconciliations. This position is scheduled to work Monday and Tuesday between 16 - 20 hours per week. Candidates must have experience of two or more years; education may substitute for up to one year of experience, along with a understanding of the business operations related to the snack food industry as well as an understanding of accounting principles, statements, and reports. Applicants must display exceptional time management and organizational skills, possess analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Autobill Corrections Communication and verification of Autobill Corrections including D365 invoices Manual Weekly Settlement data entry for all BRNs Review Missing Orders Report daily Pull manual invoices from Websnak and email to Manager Review Reoccurring Entries Review Weekly Jobber Statements Manual entries of Insurance, Partner Promo, Stale Credits Communication with managers regarding IO settlement issues Verification of balances paid Verification of all loans, HH charges Researches invoicing and payment problems that involve IO settlements. Assists in manual process of running Final Settlements Process & document IO weekly payments to Utz Review & Document any settlement irregularities Review & Document any abnormal balances Review & Document any purchase irregularity or large negative inventory adjustments Research for AR on past invoices Manual settlement corrections Movement of loads/purchases Use of WebSnak, Powerbi, D365 Retrieval and communication of all Zapps Invoices Creation & Updating of IOs owning multiple Rts Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience in accounting functions and office management preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Must be able and willing to sit, stand, listen and communicate for long periods.
