Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Lead for a fully remote, full-time opportunity with our client. This is a long-term contract role anticipated to last +/- 1 year. Candidates can expect to work Monday - Friday during standard business hours (9am - 5pm EST).
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal recruiting experience. Possession of a J.D. is a plus but not a requirement for the role. Candidates with a strong network of attorneys and academics preferred but not required. Essential duties include recruiting expert authors to write legal treatises; recruiting for several different practice areas for both federal and jurisdictional titles; emailing and calling potential candidates (including following-up); compiling author candidate pool through online research and/or professional network and also utilizing Artificial Intelligence where appropriate; collaborating with Editorial team to transition author to contract negotiations; coordinating and delegate work among a small group of external, full/part-time author commissioning contractors.
