Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating security into our development and operations processes. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery of software applications, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate security practices into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure code delivery and deployment.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect our applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze security metrics and incidents to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement and manage automated security testing tools and practices, such as static and dynamic analysis, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and controls.
• Lead incident response efforts for security-related issues, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks and manage threats.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture and practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• English C1/C2
• At least 3 years of experience in a DevSecOps role or similar position, with a strong background in both development and security.
• Proficiency with security tools and practices, including vulnerability management, security scanning, and incident response.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and integrating security into the deployment pipeline.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash) to support security operations and processes.
