What you'll be doing
As the Marketing and Operations Manager for our team, you will be working hand in hand with one of San Francisco's very best and top-producing agents. You'll be overseeing, managing, and coordinating a number of processes that keep our outbound marketing looking great, outside vendors on track, new deals coming in and transactions running smoothly.

You're enthusiastic about the Real Estate business and are eager to support a team of like-minded, high-performing, and personable individuals. You already have (or are willing to get) your Real Estate License and want to learn the ins and outs of being a top agent in San Francisco without the long hours and risk of commission-only pay. You love forging relationships, talking to folks all day, and leading projects for which you are solely responsible. "No two days are alike" is your ideal working environment. This role also provides you the opportunity to transition to a full-time agent position, if that is of interest to you.
Responsibilities
Marketing operations
• Production of marketing materials for new listings using already-in-place systems
• Assisting with other general marketing efforts for PE and other agents on the team
• Newsletters assembly (you won't have to write new content)
• Virtual tours/floorplans / Zillow Showcase Production
• Social media posts
Listing prep lead & Vendor manager
• Manage listing renovations, HGTV style!
• You'll manage projects and relationships between contractors, stagers, painters, plumbers, and countless other vendors to ensure our client's homes look incredible
• Creating and presenting the scope of work and budgets directly to clients
• Progress reporting and updates directly to clients
Showing agent
• Host open houses and show our listings to prospective buyers and their agents
• Conduct home tours for our buyer clients, and show our listings to potential buyers and their agents.
• Coordinate and interface with other agents and liaise between our clients and them.
Qualifications
Extremely organized. Ability to juggle many projects for different clients and/or listings at once.
Punctual. The ability to schedule meetings all around San Francisco and show up on time, think ahead about parking, travel time, etc.
Personable. Uphold the Pacific Edge brand by being friendly, outgoing, helpful, and honest. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
Flexible. The role will be 40 hours a week; we will work as a team to ensure that you get the time off you need but you must be willing to work at least one weekend day per week. Real estate is a mile-a-minute business, and no two days are the same. There are some linear tasks, but the majority of the work will require an adaptable, problem-solving mindset.
