**Job Description:**
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practices.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that is culturally sensitive and adapts to population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and their families, using interdisciplinary communication methods to coordinate individualized care.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to ensure a qualified nursing workforce.
- Promote evidence-based practice and participate in data collection and analysis to support clinical questions and improve patient care.
- Uphold organizational policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
- Efficiently manage resources and support patient care across the continuum.
- Engage in the development of protocols and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
- Comply with all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
