Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Oregon City, OR

**Job Description:**
- Will potentially float between hospital units or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
- On-call is not required for this position.
- Weekend shifts are not required.
- Block schedules may be required (status unknown).
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:3-5.
- Candidates may be expected to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
- Providers will complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours, with any over 20 hours requiring additional approval.
- Orientation includes 40 hours and is non-billable.
- Providers may receive communication devices necessary to perform job duties if required. If not supplied, an agreement for reimbursement of work-related cell phone use will be in place.
**Additional Information:**
- COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical and religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
- Flu vaccine requirements are currently unknown.
- Scrub color varies by unit, with options for all colors in some areas and provided scrubs in others.
- Must provide a reference covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years.
