We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a Public Trust Clearance!

A week in the life of a Senior Business Analyst:
- Work with customers and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document business cases, features, and workflows, and prepare and present briefings and demonstrations.
- Maintain the overall perspective of the features and requirements of MCC to ensure requirements are well defined and the solution meets the needs of our stakeholders.
- Define and document functional requirements, work with technical teams to ensure business objectives are understood and verify that requirements are fulfilled in MCC software.
- Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure the needs of our stakeholders are quickly and correctly translated into functional requirements and user stories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- 7 years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Understanding business analysis and requirements management techniques and best practices.
- Very strong writing skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Knowledge of business processes, configuration management, and quality management processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile SDLC.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
