- Provide structure and supervision for students in a multi-level building and community setting.
- Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen)
- Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings.
- Co-facilitate activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements to apply for youth counselor:
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a Criminal Background Check through the Utah Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal Identification
- Food Handler's Permit
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 3o days of hire
- Attend pre-service and annual trainings as required
