- Work Dates Needed: PRN dates
- Preferred Schedule: 8a -6p (30)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Scope of work: Primary Care/Family Practice
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MD licensure, BLS, DEA. At least 2 years experience as a NP.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70-$75/hr plus expenses
