PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY
Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to deliver outstanding onsite support for a client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to approximately 15 in-office users and 30-60 remote users. Your duties will include endpoint support and lifecycle management tasks such as troubleshooting, imaging, patching, decommissioning, and software updates. The ideal candidate will have a go getter personality and excellent customer service skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ Years of experience in a help desk role
- Experience with handling tier 1 and 2 tickets in a Microsoft environment
- Hardware experience: troubleshooting, imaging, decommissioning, patching
- Software experience: Transferring data, updating software, troubleshooting
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system
