We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to lead a team of supervisors and technical professionals in overseeing and maintaining medical equipment across a large healthcare system in Zanesville, OH. This role is ideal for an experienced HTM leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
The Director will be responsible for managing a team that ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains medical equipment, and enhances patient care through effective clinical engineering services. You will collaborate with regional HTM leaders and engage with executive leadership to support overall healthcare operations and achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of clinical engineering professionals, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all biomedical equipment meets regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage operational and fiscal performance, including budget management, capital planning, and contract management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, healthcare providers, and vendors.
- Process Improvement: Implement strategies to improve equipment management, increase efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Project Management: Oversee project management activities related to biomedical services, including purchasing and subcontracting.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with regional HTM leaders to drive the operational effectiveness of clinical engineering services across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), specifically managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO) and compliance practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Executive presence and C-suite interaction are required.
- Business Acumen: Strong decision-making abilities, budget management skills, and an ability to manage projects and programs with an eye on financial and operational success.
- Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve complex challenges.
