What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician at AccessAbilities, Inc., you will work closely with our amazing team of Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts to teach children with autism in a creative, fun, and supportive environment. Our Behavior Analysts provide our Behavior Technicians with regular supervision to support them in providing the best possible therapy for our clients.
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism to teach them to communicate, play, make friends, and function independently.
- Follow behavior plans to increase appropriate behaviors and decrease problem behaviors.
- Collect data so progress can be measured to ensure each child's goals are achieved.
- Demonstrate a desire to receive support, direction, and feedback from a Behavior Analyst.

Who We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Must pass the RBT certification after training.
