ABOUT US: Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years of age in our 15 clinics.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience who enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children as part of a multidisciplinary team in our clinics in Belmont and Gastonia (2 days in each).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic.
2. Documentation in EMR.
3. Detailed and thorough communication with child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
4. Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed.
5. All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
2. Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
3. Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as a Speech Language Pathologist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
4. Clinical Fellows will be considered.
5. Accuracy and efficiency with documentation.
