Job Overview :
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, searching online databases, networking, and qualifying candidates. The recruiter will screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates, submit and review candidates with the hiring manager, assist in salary negotiations, and address customer needs. This role requires handling multiple requests simultaneously and providing professional support to managers. Additionally, the recruiter will need to understand and advance the company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
Experience :
4+ years of experience in recruitment.

Story Behind the Need/Key Projects :
This role supports the ramp-up for the Riverview, FL and Billings, MT locations. We are adding 100 positions to each site as part of a restructuring of our Field Support call centers.
New Need or Backfill :
New need – contract help to support recruiting efforts.
Typical Day in the Role :
Conducting phone screens with candidates
Scheduling interviews
Consulting with leaders on interview results
Building and routing offers for employment
Extending verbal offers
