We are committed to offering trauma-informed, recovery-focused care to individuals struggling with behavioral health disorders and addiction. We are currently seeking a Program Director for Addiction Recovery Services to lead and oversee our diverse program aimed at helping individuals reclaim their lives.
In this role, you will direct and coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of addiction recovery services, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of care. About the Position
As the Program Director for Addiction Recovery Services, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide exceptional care to individuals battling addiction. In this leadership role, you will supervise and manage addiction recovery services, ensuring that clinical services align with program goals and regulatory requirements. This includes developing written program goals, enhancing service delivery, and providing trauma-informed, recovery-focused care in a welcoming environment. You will engage in community outreach to coordinate services for individuals with behavioral health disorders, helping integrate them into current programs. Moreover, you will work closely with staff, providing training on addiction treatment and recovery services, and collaborating with other agency programs to ensure comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will also include grant management, overseeing program budgets, and facilitating staff performance appraisals. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with agency standards, CARF accreditation, and regulatory requirements. This includes managing clinical records, supervising staff schedules, and ensuring the completion of documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required, with two years of experience working with individuals dealing with behavioral health disorders or addiction. You must have the ability to lead a team, supervise staff, and provide direct clinical services when necessary. Familiarity with addiction services, program management, and compliance with state and federal regulations is essential.
Certificates & Licenses
You are required to obtain and maintain professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.), complete Therapeutic Options training and updates, and possibly obtain certifications such as CPR. You must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and meet HOPE insurance requirements.
