Overview Join the Coborn's, Inc. Support Center team at our headquarters in St. Cloud, Minnesota! Due to an internal transfer, we're hiring for a Head of Pricing Strategy to develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with our business goals, enhances competitiveness, and maximizes revenue and profit. In this role, you'll own the company's pricing strategy and work closely with our Merchandising & Operations teams to win the markets! In this role, you can expect a great deal of variety including: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a pricing strategy that supports the company's growth objectives, profitability targets, and market positioning Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to set and adjust pricing strategies for all product categories, including promotions and discounts Innovation: Drive innovation in pricing approaches, including dynamic pricing, personalization, and promotional strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions, optimize pricing models, and forecast revenue and profit impacts. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. Communicate pricing strategies, changes, and impacts to key stakeholders. Capability Development: Build the roadmap and change management plan to mature the tools and automate processes needed for price planning and execution. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Requirements Individuals will be considered for this opportunity if they meet the following: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail or grocery sector. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and pricing software. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the grocery retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex pricing challenges and drive results through innovative solutions.
